United Kingdom

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £25.

  • Shipping costs for orders below £25 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping service.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We work closely with our shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

Customs, Duties & International Orders

For deliveries outside the UK, you are considered the importer of the goods and are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with your country's import regulations.

Customs authorities may inspect international shipments, which may result in delivery delays.

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are collected by Kekoc at checkout and paid on your behalf.

European Union

For orders shipped to the following EU countries, we offer an optional PDDP (Prepaid Duties & Taxes) shipping service. You can choose at checkout whether you would like to pay the applicable import duties and taxes in advance.

If you choose the PDDP option, the applicable duties and taxes will be collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, so you should not need to pay additional import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives.

If you choose the standard shipping option instead, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and any other applicable charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid before the parcel can be released by customs.

Whether these charges apply depends on your country's customs regulations and the value of your order. Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the parcel can be released by customs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
