United Kingdom

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping service.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We work closely with our shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

Customs, Duties & International Orders

For deliveries outside the UK, you are considered the importer of the goods and are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with your country's import regulations.

Customs authorities may inspect international shipments, which may result in delivery delays.

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are collected by Kekoc at checkout and paid on your behalf. You will not be required to pay any additional import charges upon delivery.

All Other Countries

For orders shipped to countries outside the UK and the United States, import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and any other applicable charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Whether these charges apply depends on your country's customs regulations and the value of your order. Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the parcel can be released by customs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
