If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
Custom or personalised items
Made-to-order products
Items returned in used or damaged condition not caused by us
Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement item
Repair (where applicable)
Full or partial refund
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need a different size or variation, please place a new order after completing your return.
